Limb Girdle Information Day.

On Saturday 14th June I attended my first Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy information day in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

The Tonic.

The 1^st of June through to the 7^th of June marks National volunteers week at the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. All week people have received calls from the team, messages of thanks, gratitude and sheer amazement at the lengths people go to to help the charity.
